Internazionale (Inter Milan) has beaten Chelsea 1-0 at Stamford Bridge to book a place in the last eight of the Champions League, making it a triumphant return to London for Jose Mourinho.
Chelsea came into the match having to overturn a 2-1 first leg deficit against their old friend in Jose Mourinho, who was seen shaking the hands of Chelsea players in the tunnel before the match.

Chris' UEFA Champions League Corner
- Published 10/03/2010
An impressive Arsenal eased into the quarters of the UEFA Champions League with a 5-0 victory over a disappointing Porto.
The Gunners controlled the early exchanges and despite missing an injured Fabregas, still had plenty of creativity with Nasri, Arsharven and Rosicky in the line up. Chances fell for Nasri and Arshaven who both had good shots saved. But on 10 minutes Nasri delivered a delightful ball for Arsharvin, who was beaten to the ball by Porto’s Brazilian keeper Helton, however when the ball came lose the Danish striker Nikolas Bendtner was first to react, slotting the ball into an open net.

Singapore League
- Published 4/03/2010
Football Federation Northern Territory (FFNT) has received a proposal for entering a Northern Territory team to play in the Singapore League. The proposal neither has enough information to assess its merit nor is there any evidence provided of support from the Football Federation of Australia (FFA).
FFNT has received in writing that FFA does not support the proposal. Without FFA support and adequate details the FFNT is not in a position to support this proposal.
The FFNT Board will only support this proposal provided that FFA and the Asian Football Confederation give their approval. The FFNT Board also needs to be satisfied with the business plans, financials, feasibility studies and any other relevant documentation which will make this initiative a strong and viable concern for the long term that will benefit Territory football.
