BRIEF CLUB HISTORY:
Mindil Aces Football Club was formed at the beginning of 2010 as a result of a merger of Mindil Aces Soccer Club and Mindil Padres Football Club, following a two year affiliation. Both clubs had a long history in Darwin, Mindil Aces Soccer Club was named in 1979, having formerly been known as Stuart Park Soccer Club. Mindil Padres was formed in 2001 as Uni Padres, and in 2003 separated from the University and became Padres FC.
