Despite coming on as a substitute late in the first half, De Satge still managed to dominate the contest. Her powerful right boot proved fruitful, guiding the red and whites to a victory that will bring them a bucket load of confidence.

Olympic opened the scoring in the eighth minute. A beautiful ball was fed through to a central area by Yolanda Kanyai. It hit Marcey Garrawurra's feet and the striker completed the move with a tidy finish into the back of the net.

Only 90 seconds later and Garrawurra had a brace. The striker found the ball with miles of space on the right side. She scooted into the centre before hitting a sweet strike. It cannoned into the left post, before it propelled over the line.

Olympic made it three after 35 minutes. De Satge - who replaced Garrawurra - beat Aces' defender Leonie Richards one-one one before making a run down the right side. The number nine crossed it into the box and Michelle Gibson followed through to connect with the ball and hammer it home.

Mindil's best play of the half came in transition. Picking up a loose ball, Jessie Brock was able to beat the first up defence, before passing to Christabelle Moore. She cut in from the left, finding Brock back in the centre. The striker found space to get a shot away but it was sprayed to the right.

The Aces breathed fire into the contest quickly after the interval. Ella Hoy sped up the right flank on the break, before she distributed the ball into the box to brock. She steadied and fired a shot away which cannoned into the net.

However, Mindil's ascendency didn't last long. A solo effort from De Satge put them 4-1 up. She took the ball from just inside the half way line all the way into the box. She propped, then cut inside to fool the defence before pulling the trigger on target.

Olympic made it five 21 minutes before full time. A rocket from De Satge had too much power for Aces keeper Cyrelle Mitchell, who only minutes earlier had pulled off a magnificent stop to her left.

De Satge's hat-trick came after 80 minutes. Another right foot bullet angled into the left-hand corner.
